1. Acceptance
By using FPL Advisor you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
FPL Advisor provides analytics, model outputs, and recommendations for Fantasy Premier League. All outputs are statistical estimates and do not guarantee any particular result. You are solely responsible for your team decisions.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for any activity under your account.
4. Billing
Pro plans are billed monthly ($2.99/mo) or per season ($19.99), in USD. Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of your current billing period.
5. Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, scraping our outputs to compete, abusing our infrastructure, or violating any law.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect or consequential loss.
7. FPL disclaimer
FPL Advisor is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Premier League or the Fantasy Premier League game. "Fantasy Premier League" and "FPL" are trademarks of the Premier League. All club names, player names, and related marks belong to their respective owners.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
